These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Algae Genius ("Algae Genius", "we", "us", or "our"), including https://staging-shop-ag.magnussolutions.services and all associated pages, sub-domains, and online stores (collectively, the "Service" or "Website").

Our Disclaimer (available at /disclaimer) and Refund Policy (available at /refund) form part of these Terms and are expressly incorporated by reference. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Disclaimer, the Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Introduction

Algae Genius is a Malaysia-based brand. Our product, ALL45E, is a botanical beverage mix and food product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All content on the Service is provided for general information, educational, and marketing purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before adding any new food product to your routine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

2. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receiving transactional messages about your orders (such as confirmations, dispatch, and delivery updates). Where you opt in, you may also receive newsletters, marketing, and promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time by following the unsubscribe link or emailing info@algaegenius.com.

3. Purchases

You may purchase as a guest or by creating an account. To complete an order, you must provide accurate billing and shipping information. You warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method and that all information supplied is true, correct, and complete.

Payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) by third-party payment providers (currently Curlec / Razorpay), which may offer cards, FPX, and e-wallets. We do not store full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or description, or product unavailability.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any promotions (including the ALL45E presale) are governed by the terms stated at checkout and, where applicable, by separate rules made available at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion rules prevail over these Terms for that promotion only.

5. Subscriptions

If we offer subscriptions, they are billed in advance on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel via your account or by contacting support@algaegenius.com.

A valid payment method is required. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate the subscription. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes.

6. Free Trial

We may offer free trials at our discretion. Billing information may be required. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel. We may modify or cancel any free trial offer at any time without notice.

7. Fee Changes

Product prices and any subscription fees may change at any time. Price changes for a completed order do not apply after payment is accepted, except where we must cancel due to an obvious pricing error. For subscriptions, changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle after reasonable prior notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The full Refund Policy is published at /refund and forms part of these Terms. The summary below is for convenience only.

8.1 Returns

You have 7 days after you receive the product to request a return. The 7-day window is counted from the delivery date (the date the parcel is received), not from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

8.2 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days of approval. Partial refunds may apply for used, damaged, or incomplete items (unless the fault is ours).

8.3 Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. Contact support@algaegenius.com for exchanges.

8.4 Shipping and Non-Refundable Items

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or wrongly supplied. Opened food products, used products, and items returned after the 7-day window are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

8.5 Malaysian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

9. Delivery Policy

9.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Malaysia. Delivery to other countries is not available unless we state otherwise at checkout.

9.2 Delivery Charges

Standard shipping within Peninsular Malaysia is free. Additional charges may apply for East Malaysia (including Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan) and will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

9.3 Delivery Timeframes

During presale, the estimated fulfilment window is stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Once dispatched, courier transit times vary by destination, service availability, and public holidays. Times are estimates only.

9.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched, where the courier provides one.

9.5 Delivery Partners

We use third-party couriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors beyond our reasonable control.

9.6 Delivery Issues

Contact us promptly for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels, with your order number and photos where relevant. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or incur additional charges payable by you.

10. Content

All content (text, images, videos, product descriptions, testimonials, and similar materials) is the property of Algae Genius or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Violate any Malaysian or other applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability
